In 2018 for the submission of electronic application the applicant must register on the website at the following address: http://www.mansfielduniversity.org/ (Registration of electronic cabinets entrants and download in electronic classrooms application documents of secondary education begins July 2 and ends at 18.00 July 25, 2018).
During registration on the website of the electronic receipt, the applicant must provide the following information:
- email address to which it has access;
- number, pin-code and year of receipt of the external independent assessment certificate,
- the series and number of the certificate of complete secondary education;
- average score of the application to the specified certificate , calculated on a 12-point scale, rounded to tenths of a point.
In addition, the applicant uploads scanned copies (photocopies) of the application to the certificate of secondary general education and color photo of 3×4 cm, which will be submitted to the higher educational institution.
After filling in the specified information, the data of the applicant is checked and, if the data in the documents coincide, the applicant receives an email to the email address indicated by him to activate the personal electronic office of the applicant.
The deadline for the applicant to activate his personal electronic office is one day from the moment of receiving the relevant notification.
After registering on the site in the personal electronic office, the applicant enters the following information about himself: gender, citizenship, telephone numbers (home and / or mobile) with telephone codes. To submit an application, the applicant chooses a higher education institution, an educational degree, a competitive offer and establishes the priority of the application for participation in the competitive selection for admission to the places by the state order.
After the electronic application is submitted, the electronic application submitted by the applicant is immediately displayed in the higher education institution selected by the applicant. At this moment, the electronic application receives the status “Registered in the Unified Database”.
The submitted electronic application can be canceled by the applicant in a personal electronic office. With this electronic application, one of the statuses is established:
- “Canceled by the applicant” – if the application is not registered in higher education institutions;
- “Canceled by the applicant (without the right to submit a new application with the same priority)” – if the application is registered or admitted to competition in higher education institutions.
The electronic application with the status “Registered in the Unified Database” is considered by the selection committee of the higher education institution no later than the end of the next working day from the date of granting it the corresponding status.
According to the results of consideration, an authorized person of the selection committee provides an electronic application with one of these statuses, which are reflected in the applicant’s personal office: “Registered in a higher education institution” or “Requires an applicant to clarify.
When granting an electronic application of the status “Require clarification by the applicant”, the authorized person promptly enters into the relevant section of the Unified Database an exhaustive list of data that require clarification, indicating the method and date to which they must be entered. The entered data is displayed in the personal electronic office of the applicant. After the applicant has specified the necessary data, the authorized person changes the status of the applicant’s electronic application to “Registered in a higher education institution”.
Based on the decision of the admissions committee of a higher educational institution on admission or non-admission of an applicant to participate in the competitive selection for admission to a higher educational institution, an authorized person establishes the applicant’s electronic application status “Admitted to the competition” or “Denied by the higher education institution” (indicating the reason for refusal).
If an educational institution detects a technical error made when entering data into the Unified Database, the electronic application may be canceled by the decision of the admission committee of the higher education institution until the status “Recommended for admission” is established, which is confirmed by the technical error act generated in the Unified Database. At the same time, the electronic application is established the status “Canceled by the educational institution” with the obligatory indication of the reason for the cancellation. Such a statement is considered not to be submitted, and the fact of such filing is canceled in the Unified Database.
The admission committee informs the applicant about his decision on the day of its adoption, after which the applicant can submit a new application for the same specialty to this institution of higher education.
Correction of technical errors occurs no later than the next day after the completion of document receipt
If the applicant is recommended for enrollment under the state order, the status of the electronic application changes from the status “Admitted to the competition” to the status “Recommended for admission”.
Providing recommendations for enrollment for training at the expense of individuals or legal entities is carried out after enrolling applicants to the field under state or regional orders. The authorized person changes the status of the electronic application of the applicant, who has passed the competitive selection and for which the selection committee decided to recommend admission to the study for funds of individuals or legal entities, from the status “Admitted to competition (training for funds of individuals and legal entities)” to “Recommended for enrollment (education at the expense of individuals and legal entities)”.
The status of the applicant’s electronic application is changed to “Recommended for enrollment” on the dates determined by the conditions of admission to higher educational institutions .
An applicant whose electronic application status is set to “Recommended for admission” is obliged to comply with the requirements of the Admission Terms.
During the fulfillment of the requirements for enrollment, the applicant must submit the following documents in person:
- a copy of an identity document;
- the original document on the educational (educational qualification) level and its annex;
- the original of a military ID or registration certificate (for persons liable for military service), except for cases provided by law;
- certificate of external independent assessment in 2016, 2017 or 2018 (except certificates in English, French, German and Spanish. Certificates of EIT in English, French, German and Spanish are accepted only for 2018);
- four color photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm;
- other documents, if it is provided for by the rules of admission of a higher educational institution.
After the applicant fulfills the requirements for enrollment, the head of the higher education institution, on the basis of a decision of the admissions committee on recommendations for enrollment, issues an enrollment order for such an applicant, on the basis of which the authorized person changes the status of the applicant’s electronic application to “Included in the order”. In case the applicant does not fulfill the requirements for enrollment, the decision to recommend him for enrollment is annulled by the selection committee of the higher educational institution. Based on this, the authorized person changes the status of the electronic application of the applicant to the status “Excluded from the list of recommended” or “Eligible for competition (training for funds of individuals and legal entities)”
